Viking Ocean Cruises has announced 13 exciting new itineraries that will be rolled out over the next three years. The 930 passenger ocean ships will explore Alaska, Australia, Asia and the Caribbean.
The itineraries will let guests spent more time in port so they are better able to absorb the local culture. Guests will also find that the cruise line will not be nickel-and diming them like many of the other cruise lines do.
New Itineraries 2017 – 2019
Western Caribbean – Miami to Miami
November 2017 – February 2018, Viking Sky
The eight day itinerary explores the ancient ruins to the colonial architecture. Guests will visit the temples of Altun Ha in Belize, the heart of the Mayan Center, walk in the steps of Hemingway’s Key West Haunts, and enjoy the crystal blue waters of Cozumel’s Punta Sur. Guests will visit three countries and five ports.
Panama & Central America – Miami to Miami
November 2017 and January 2018, Viking Sky
On this 15 day itinerary guests will visit eight countries and nine ports including Costa Rica, Columbia, Honduras, Belize and more. During their trip they will experience one of the world’s greatest engineering feats, the Panama Canal, explore Costa Rica’s rainforest and Cartagena’s colonial architecture.
Atlantic Crossing – Miami to Barcelona

During this 14 day Atlantic Ocean crossing there will be plenty of on board amenities for guests to enjoy. The sailing also includes calls on ports in Madeira, Barcelona and Florida.
Passage to India – Athens to Mumbai

Guests will trace the routes of early merchants on this 21 day cruise from Greece to India, with ports of call in six countries including Israel, Egypt, Jordon and Oman.
